Overview

The main objective of this training course is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to align project management with the organization's strategy and to conduct an accurate analysis of projects during the planning and implementation stages.

Participants in this training course use all the tools and techniques they need in strategic decision-making processes to enable optimal implementation of projects within changing environments.

Methodology

This training course relies on individual and group practical exercises through which participants acquire the necessary skills to manage projects and contracts. This course also uses a number of case studies and presentations followed by summative discussions. This course includes two exams: the first on the first day and the second on the last day.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to

Defining frameworks, processes and tools related to project management that conform to the standards of the Inteational Project Management Institute (PMI). Developing your project strategy to ensure compatibility with the overall strategy of the organization using financial and non-financial models. Designing project charts, schedules and plans, and using various techniques in performing project analytical operations, schedules and plans. Identify different methods of cost estimation, project budget and the ability to conduct cash flow analysis for the project. Manage time and cost deviations by applying eaed value analysis and developing key performance indicators for the project. Use risk management plans and implement risk response strategies in order to ensure successful implementation of the project. Develop program management plans in PMI compliance
